How do stock and availability work?
Each item has a stock quantity. The availability engine automatically checks for free units in the requested period, so you never get overbooked.
Can I set up delivery zones?
Yes, optionally. You can configure delivery/pickup zones with a fixed fee per zone, or offer only in-store pickup.
Can clients book more than one item at once?
Yes, via the multi-item cart — clients pick several items of the same price type (hourly-only or daily-only) for the same period.
How does billing work?
There's no monthly fee. You pay only a percentage of each completed booking's value: 0.5% on the Starter plan, or 1% on the Business plan. The fee is debited automatically from your prepaid balance as soon as the booking is completed; without enough balance, new bookings are suspended until you top up.
Do you issue an invoice for payments made to Marca lá?
Yes, on request via support. If your business has organised accounting in Portugal, it is legally required to withhold 25% income tax (IRS) at source on the invoiced amount — in that case, transfer only the net value (75%) and pay the withheld amount to the Portuguese Tax Authority, sending us proof of it. Example: to top up €30 of balance, transfer the €30 directly to us — that's the amount credited. The invoice is issued for a gross value of €40, of which 25% (€10) is the withholding you must pay to the Tax Authority. This rule applies only to businesses registered in Portugal.
What if an item becomes unavailable after a quote is requested?
Stock is soft-locked while the quote is pending, so it can't be booked by someone else in the meantime.
